Dr. Brian R. Cherry is a board‑certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing exceptional surgical care with compassion, precision, and a patient‑first approach. As the founder of Cherry Orchard Oral & Implant Surgery, he has spent nearly two decades serving patients throughout the Upstate with advanced clinical expertise and a genuine commitment to their comfort and well‑being.

A Greenville native and Riverside High School graduate, Dr. Cherry has always felt deeply connected to the community he serves. He continued his education as a student‑athlete at the College of Charleston before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.

After dental school, Dr. Cherry moved to Boston to pursue advanced specialty training. He was accepted into the internationally recognized Boston University Medical Center and Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where he completed a rigorous four‑year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. During this time, he earned his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies and gained extensive experience in dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, facial trauma, and full‑arch reconstruction.
